BIO:
Zarina is a DJ and co-founder of multi-disciplinary platform and archival store ‘STOF’, specializing in Belgian & Japanese designers.
Born in Almaty, Kazakhstan and based in Antwerp, Belgium. Her bringing up between two cultures led to an ongoing quest of what 'home' means and how our identities are shaped. This resulted in a profound interest in different cultures, their customs and beliefs.
Zarinaʼs love for music stretches far and beyond genres, connecting her to the past, present and future. Moreover it’s an outlet which allows her to experiment with different versions of herself, considering it as a medium that is inherently liberating and empowering.
