Alexa D!saster is a DJ, musician, and multidisciplinary artist based in Berlin.
Her eclectic DJ sets draw from underground dance music and beyond, bringing a unique and immersive energy to bars, clubs, festivals, and subcultural spaces across Germany and Europe.
As a musician, Alexa explores the intersection of loops, effects, and improvisation to create moody, lo-fi soundscapes influenced by shoegaze, psychedelic, and film music.
She has been playing electric guitar for 25 years and has collaborated with many other artists throughout her career. In her project EoE (Empire of Empathy), she incorporates healing frequencies, delving into the therapeutic potential of sound.
In addition to her work in music, Alexa is a comic artist and event curator. She thrives on blending visual and audio mediums, embracing a holistic approach to her creative expression. Whether through her DJ sets, live performances, or visual art, Alexa continually challenges the boundaries between disciplines, making each project a dynamic and multifaceted experience.
